What happens when we focus on what is right with people, rather than fixating on what is wrong with them!
“Culture eats strategy for breakfast” - we all know this saying. What if we could build a culture of appreciation, collaboration and fulfillment - a culture based on knowing, seeing and valuing each other's strengths, rather than trying to fix perceived weaknesses?
Research shows that, if you use your strengths consistently, you are 3 times more likely to report having an excellent quality of life, 6 times more likely to be engaged in your job, and 8% more productive at work.
Join us at the Coworking Lounge Tessinerplatz for a deep dive into the strengths-based approach: What is it all about, the thinking and philosophy behind the approach, how it distinguishes from conventional views AND what can shift for individuals, when they know, appreciate and live through their strengths.
As a special treat we’ll have Christoph Magnussen, Founder of Blackboat and Host of the “On the way to new work” Podcast, join us virtually to share why and how they used the strengths-based approach at Blackboat.
This evening is for all founders, entrepreneurs or individuals (with or without teams) who are interested in learning more about what a focus on strengths can do for them individually, for their teams or organizations.
