Self Coaching Session with Mischa M.
Coaching helps you to learn more about yourself, acquire a new perspective and strategies to deal with daily situations, improve self-confidence, work performance and relationships, and, as a consequence, accelerates your progress.
Self-coaching gives you the power to do it on your own, without a third party's guidance.
Self-coaching workshops are a chain of free events in which you can learn different self-coaching techniques. On the 30th of October, you will discover the topic of emotions and learn several exercises to work them out.
