We choose this special place as they are well-known for their "no waste" mindset and for their local products.  Alina – founder and owner of LoLa's Kitchen will host this cake workshop. She will guide you through essential techniques on how to make the best raw cakes and treats. You will get a recipe manual, testings and you will also have the possibility to ask questions and have a dialogue with Alina on whatever you want to know about raw food.
