What technical equipment is available in the meeting room?

We provide digital screens, whiteboards, flipcharts and other digital and analog aids in our rooms.

Can I rent additional equipment?

In addition to the existing equipment, a conference system, a digital screen and several whiteboards/flipcharts can be booked free of charge. To book these add-ons, please send an email to info@tessinerplatz.ch or mention this in the comments when booking.

Is there a projector or a digital screen?

Our rooms are equipped with digital screens or smartboards. We do not have any projectors installed at our location.

Can I pay the invoice after the booking?

The costs incurred do not necessarily have to be paid before booking.

Is there a flipchart in the room?

The room Mercato is equipped with a whiteboard/flipchart-combo.

How do I get to the room?

Our hosts will welcome you and take you to the room you have booked.

Are the conference rooms air-conditioned?

All our rooms are air-conditioned

Is there barrier-free access to the conference rooms?

During our opening hours, all rooms are freely accessible.

How do I connect to the Internet?

The Wifi access data is displayed on a card on the table in each room. The Wifi is called «work@coworking».

What catering options are on offer?

Our catering offer consists of 3 different sizes and offers the possibility to order breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks. For bookings from 5pm, an apéro can also be ordered.

How can I add catering options to my room booking?

Book your catering on the form or write an email to info@tessinerplatz.ch.

Is it possible to extend the booking period?

If the corresponding room is available, the booking period can be extended. The booking can be extended on site during the meeting with the host.

Can I change the room booking?

The booking can be changed if other rooms are available.

How much does a conference room in Zurich cost?

Our rooms offer you a wide range of prices, from CHF 45 to CHF 150 per hour. The cost structure varies depending on the size and equipment of the rooms.

What payment options are available?

You can pay your booking either on account or by credit card.

Can I cancel my room booking?

The booking can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before booking.

Are there any parking spaces?

In the immediate vicinity of the Coworking Lounge Tessinerplatz, both public parking spaces and parking garages are available for use by guests with cars. We do not have our own parking facilities.
