Mock Deer (Ricky Damiani) is a singer and songwriter based in London.
A self-taught musician with a unique playing and writing style, he has spent the majority of his life in the North of England and has re-immersed himself in the capital’s Alt-folk scene over recent years, playing shows for many of the best local promoters as well as touring both in the UK and in Europe.
As well as writing original music for theatre and television he has released two EPs, 'Cold and Bright' and more recently 'How We Used to Live' released in July 2015. His renewed involvement in the live music scene has seen him play shows supporting great acts such as The Burning Hell (Can), The Migrant (DK), Sam Brookes (UK) and Kristin McClement (UK) as well as appearing at several UK festivals, including Festival N6, Wilderness Festival, Ramsbottom Festival, The End & Uncivilization Festival
He is currently recording an album with producer Scott Fitzgerald and collaborating with many friends he's met on the way, The Album promises to be something special and will hopefully be finished by the end of the year. Between the recording schedule he'll be playing shows and festivals in the Uk/Europe throughout the year.
Gabriel Angel Moreno is a published poet in both Spanish and English. After, the 2015 release of "Love and Decadence" with Amber Records he has dedicated himself to music and promoting The Quivering Poets, his life-long lost art and musical brother and sisters. Having performed in Peru, Italu, Spain, Gibraltar and Chile, you can now find Gabriel composing and writing in the streets of London and Barcelona. Moving between two cultures, two languages, and two realities, Moreno has created a form of Mediterranean folk which he describes as Gibraltarian Roots Alternative folk based on the works of poetical singers such as Fabrizio D'Andre, Leonard Cohen, Juaquin Sabina, Bill Callahan, Georges Brassens and Nick Cave. Expect passion and desire and a pinch of randomness.
"A modern Cohenian troubadour, an old rascal/poet songster, an instigator of the bardian night and a pursuer of musical, poetical and human connections"
